All products on are offered for sale as certified, under the Allegro Gold maintenance guarantee. Allegro Gold is always with you to provide the necessary support for you to use the products you purchased for many years.

Third parties and institutions other than Allegro Gold should not interfere with the products in any way, and they should not perform operations such as height, size adjustment or repair. Interventions made by third parties other than Allegro Gold are also out of warranty for your product. Our products are out of warranty in cases related to users such as stone falling, loss or damage to the stone. Lost, damaged or falling stones belong to the owner and our company (Allegro Gold) accepts the product as out of warranty. If requested, the cost to be incurred in case of adding a new stone or repairing it belongs to the customer.
